Finally we got Lenovo U260 and now this is a review for it. The thinnest and lightest 12.5 inches size notebook just 1.37 Kg weight and also new revolution design make it like a book along with good power management and great performance, Intel Core i5-470UM 1.33 GHz Processor supports Turbo Boost to 1.86GHz, high power saving chipset Intel QS57, 2GB of DDR3 RAM (Max 4GB), storage drive will be 320GB for retail version but for this sample we got came with 160GB, 12.5 inches matte LED display which won’t disturb your eyes from reflection, 4-cell battery can use more than 4 hours and retail price will be 29,900 baht.
Guarantee it?s very small, thin and light.
Power adapter is also small, easy for carrying.
Lenovo IdeaPad U260 is outstanding by its color, material and design. Case made from magnesium alloy that can make it stronger. For this one we got was Mocha Brown color (another is Clementine Orange). The body size wasn?t too big or too small, fitting for carrying out by its 12.5 inches size and design concept make it like a book.
Magnesium alloy is strong material and light, moreover, it has anti-scratch ability.
Palmrest area used leather which increased much more elegance to Lenovo IdeaPad U260.
Lid hinge is small, but strong enough and you can open it with just one hand.
Rim was very smooth, no gap between top case and frame case both display lid and body case. That made it more like a book.
12.5 inches display, used LED backlit and matte screen better for use outside without reflection.
Display lid is very thin.
